1. About Pagejar
Pagejar is a service for building landing pages that sell products. You pick a template, add your products, prices and photos, publish the page, and take orders from customers. You confirm and ship the orders from your dashboard.
By creating an account, paying for a plan or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Pagejar.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the right to enter into a contract, to open an account. You must give accurate details and keep them up to date.
You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your password safe. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
3. Plans, pages and order limits
Each plan includes a number of landing pages and a number of orders a month. The numbers for each plan are shown on our plans pages. Every plan includes every template and every feature.
If you go over your monthly order limit, your orders are still accepted. We will ask you to move to a bigger plan. Orders we refuse because of fake order protection do not count toward your limit.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi taka. You choose a term of 1, 12, 24 or 48 months when you sign up. The longer the term, the lower the monthly price. The price for a term is fixed for that term.
You pay online from your Billing page. Payment is taken by our payment gateways: a Bangladesh gateway for bKash, Nagad and Rocket in taka, and an international gateway for cards. We do not store your card details. The gateway confirms the payment to us automatically, and your paid-until date moves forward when it does.
Any taxes that apply are your responsibility unless we say they are included.
5. Renewal and what happens if you do not pay
Your plan runs until your paid-until date. To keep your pages live, pay before that date.
If you do not renew, you get a short grace period. After that, your pages are paused so visitors cannot order. They come back as soon as your payment goes through. We may delete data from an account that stays unpaid for a long time, and we will warn you first.
6. Your content and your customers
You own the text, photos and other content you add. You give us permission to store, display and deliver it so that your pages work.
You are the seller. You are responsible for your products, prices, delivery, returns, refunds and customer service, and for following the laws that apply to your business. Pagejar is not a party to a sale between you and your customer.
Templates and their sample photos and text are provided to get you started. Replace them with content you have the right to use.
7. What you may not do
You may not use Pagejar to:
- sell anything illegal, counterfeit, stolen or harmful, or anything we reasonably consider unsafe
- mislead or defraud customers, or take orders you do not intend to deliver
- send spam, or collect personal data without a lawful reason
- break, overload or get around our systems, including our fake order protection
- copy or resell Pagejar itself, or use it to build a competing service
8. Orders and fake order protection
We use a bot check on the order form and a daily limit on how many orders one phone number can place. These reduce prank and repeat orders but cannot stop all of them. You decide whether to confirm, ship or cancel each order.
9. Other services you connect
You can connect services such as payment gateways, couriers, domain providers and Meta Pixel. They are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them, and you are responsible for the accounts and details you give to them.
10. Changes to the service
We keep improving Pagejar and may add, change or remove features. If a change would seriously harm how you use your plan, we will tell you in advance.
11. Suspending or ending your account
You can stop using Pagejar at any time. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts customers or the service at risk, or is used for illegal activity. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first.
12. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Pagejar running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. The service is provided as it is, and we do not make promises about sales, orders or income.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have by law that cannot be limited.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make an important change, we will tell you by email or in your dashboard before it applies. If you keep using Pagejar after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
14. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where GridFog Group is registered, and disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless a consumer law where you live says otherwise. If you have a problem, please talk to us first so we can try to fix it.
