Keep fake orders out of your plan.

How it works

Two checks before an order reaches you.

  1. 01

    The bot check runs

When someone sends the order form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks it is a person. Most visitors never notice.

  2. 02

    The phone number is counted

If that number has already placed its orders for the day, the new one is refused with a clear message.

  3. 03

    Real orders come through

Orders that pass show up in your dashboard, ready to confirm, ship or cancel.

The details

What keeps the junk out.

An invisible bot check

Turnstile stops automated orders. It is free and invisible for most visitors, so it does not slow real customers down.

A daily limit per phone

Three orders a day from one number by default. Set anything from 1 to 20 to suit what you sell.

A limit per connection

One connection sending order after order is stopped too, even if it keeps changing the phone number.

Your plan stays clean

Refused orders are not saved and do not count toward your plan's limit.

Your stock stays put

A refused order never takes stock, so a prank cannot mark your product as sold out.

Your settings

Both checks are in Settings, under Security. The bot check is on from the start, and you can change either one any time.

Questions

About fake order protection.

What does a customer see when they are over the limit?

"Too many orders from this number today. Please call the shop." They can still reach you by phone.

When does the daily count start again?

At midnight, Bangladesh time.

Can a real customer get blocked?

Yes, if they order more times in a day than your limit allows. If your customers often reorder the same day, raise the limit, up to 20.

Does this stop every fake order?

No. It stops bots and repeat orders from one number or connection. A person typing a different number each time on different connections can still get through, so keep confirming orders before you ship.

Can I turn the bot check off?

Yes, with the switch in Settings, under Security. We recommend leaving it on.

Pay for real orders, not fake ones.

Fake order protection is in every plan and on from your first page.
